Quincy graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Science in Land Development. After spending some time working on the South Cape Coast of Africa, Quincy worked for a large land developer (Hillwood Communities) for almost a decade where he focused on lot development and amenity construction in master planned communities. He utilizes his vast experience in land and construction management as he works with consultants and contractors to deliver the client’s vision for Open Space TX. He believes that parks and open spaces are very important for communities and healthy living and considers himself a project shepherd- understanding the process and journey that each build takes. He is passionate about delivering quality and consistency and values caring for each client we serve.
Quincy has a wife, two kids and two dogs. They like to travel – he enjoys road trips. He met his wife in South Africa while he spent 5 years working and living on the South Cape Coast. He likes to mountain bike and hike – and camp when he can. Quincy is a college football fan only if Texas Aggies are winning. He currently feels he is becoming a mechanic because his son enjoys working on cars.

Amber is involved in a variety of projects that focus on environmentally friendly land clearing and vegetation management. Her primary role revolves around expanding our Vegetation Clearing services and assists the team with erosion and stormwater inspections. This includes managing logistics, project management, customer service, and overseeing operations at our job sites. It's not unusual to find Amber deployed in North Texas, overseeing 1,200 goats and sheep as they work their magic in flood and fire mitigation efforts and so much more.
Collaborating with city management, government officials, land developers, and environmentalists, Amber thrives on revitalizing Texas prairies and ensuring our projects contribute positively to the community. One day, she might be surrounded by goats in a sprawling prairie, and the next, she could be discussing our services in a high-rise office in Dallas. Every day carries its unique set of adventures.
Amber brings over eight years of experience in the construction and environmental sector, having served in various capacities, including Building Operations Specialist and Stormwater/Erosion Control Inspector. She hold snumerous certifications and licenses that show her expertise and commitment to the industry. Amber is dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for both the environment, our community and all of those around us.
Life at home is a whirlwind of energy and excitement with Amber's four amazing children. With two daughters aged 13 and 12, plus two stepsons aged 16 and 12, her household never has a dull moment, especially during football season! They emberace chaos and madness of fall sports and love every minute of it. They also have four furry family members who genuinely believe they are human. Add in a couple of self-important cats, and you can imagine the scene at home! In rare moments of downtime, Amber loves nurturing her vast houseplant collection—76 thriving plants that she's named after famous botanists!
